The Results!
Who am I? My name is Matt Johnson. I have worked as a personal trainer since 2008. I absolutely love doing it! I am with NASM and studied ACSM, and worked in the physical therapy area. I have seen so many people reach their goal, even when they thought it was impossible for them to get there. This blog will have before and after pictures of clients I have loved working with, and I am proud of each one of them for the hard work with dedication they took to get there!

Jessica Larsen
Jessica was on a 12 week program. She was very committed and her results in the end were just amazing! I loved working with her because she had to go on some strict menu's and wasn't always the most fun. But her success I am sure she will even tell you was worth it all! She lost 22.6 LBS and 10% body fat!

Kalenn Krhon
Kalenn was another client who just had a new born baby coming into the program. Each week Kalenn came in she would have perfect results and just felt like it was a breeze to get her to her goal! She lost 12.2 LBS and 6.5% body fat! After her program she had inspired her husband and her mother and father in law.

Erendira Sizemore
Erendira was in our 8 week company challenge. Something I love about her results is that she ate Chocolate Cheerio's through the entire program and still had awesome results. With family living in Mexico, when they would Skype they would tell her how different she was looking each time. She really was just a pleasure to work with.

Alison Clark
Alison was another contestant in our 6 week company challenge. Alison's progress in the 6 weeks was awesome! Having a slow thyroid I had actually planned on her being a little tricky to figure out at first. Turns out I was wrong! Alison actually ended up exceeding the goal we had set for her. She only had one week through the whole program where she had something to eat which wasn't on her menu. She lost 17.6 LBS, 5.1% of her body fat! She also ended up winning for the women's division.
